More often than not people tell us that one of their favorite episodes is the one where we interviewed Ollie Chilton while driving and killed a bird with our windshield. The good news is Ollie has returned to the podcast for another "car talk" to discuss Elixir Distiller's acquisition of Tormore Distillery in Speyside and their build of Portintruan on Islay.
