One Nation Under Whisky is a Podcast for Whisky Geeks by the Whisky Geeks who founded the independent bottling company, Single Cask Nation. While very in depth and geeky, One Nation Under Whisky offers a "Car Talk" approach to learning about the whisky industry. Lots of laughs and great interviews with distillers, producers, master blenders, brand owners, and the occasional actor, comedian, or musician.

The whisky scene from Down There™ (aka New Zealand, Tasmania, and Australia) continues to grown in leaps and bounds. While Waiheke Whisky Distillery is not a new player in New Zealand whisky production they are new when to comes to the idea of a more broad release of their whiskies.
Joshua and Jason have a sit down with both Mark Izzard and Colin (of the pluralized) Mairs to discuss the ins and outs of the distillery and their production. They even taste through the distillery's new make and three whisky offerings!
